Do your candles burn off any harmful products?
We use 100% soy wax in all of our candles along with natural scents and organic cotton wicks. This combination provides the safest burn for our candles in your home.
What is the size of the candles and how long do they burn?
Candle sets come in either 2-oz or a 4-oz tins depending on the set. 2-oz candles are guaranteed to burn at least 8 hours. 4-oz candles will burn 16-20 hours.
Wine Bottle Candles are approximately 17-oz and will burn approximately 80+ hours.
What is your shipping method?
Due to the weight of our candles, we send all of our sets via USPS Priority Mail which arrives within 1-3 days. This is at a flat rate of $10.00 to anywhere in the country for one set. If ordering multiple sets, the rate is $15.00. Wine bottle candles are at a rate of $15.00
Do you customize sets?
Yes, we will customize candle sets according to your needs or wishes. Customization is at an additional charge and starts at $10. Actual cost is determined by the scope of your customization. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
I'm wanting to order 150 candles for my wedding to have at each of my guests' table setting. Are you able to accommodate?
Absolutely. We will set up a video call to discuss your vision, your needs, etc. and then will provide you with three design options along with our quote. Please allow at least three weeks for design and production once the quote and design has been approved.
I want to order a set now but have it shipped at a later date. Are you able to accommodate?
Absolutely. The majority of our sets are sent with a specific date of arrival in mind. By using Priority Mail, we are able to better pinpoint delivery dates. You will receive shipping notification and tracking number when your item is shipped
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely. Our signature wrapping is featured on our website and includes a hand-written card for an extra special touch. Wine bottle candles are wrapped in cellophane sleeve with crinkle paper and bow.
