If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving.  We will provide you with return instructions and once received, will provide you with a full refund, less any shipping fees. Candles must be unused and still in the original packaging (aside from the shrink wrap).   


If candles are damaged during shipping-

Please contact us regarding any shipping damage.  Email us info@shareandcarecandles.com with tracking number and photos of the damage.

All credit card orders are processed securely through the Shopify.com platform.  You can rest assured that all privacy laws and credit card capture regulations are followed for your security.
